Terms of Service

Plain-English summary: Don’t cheat the code system, don’t list things that hurt people, brands set the rules for their products, we hold payouts for 30 days to handle refunds. Full text below.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using DealyDally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you’re using DealyDally on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that business.

2. Your account

You must be 13 or older. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Buying

Prices, discounts, and perks are determined by the brand and the member (if a code is used). Refunds follow each brand’s policy. Payment is processed by Stripe; their terms apply to that processing.

4. Selling (brands)

You’re responsible for fulfilling orders, handling support, and complying with applicable laws (consumer protection, advertising standards, tax). DealyDally collects platform fees from each sale via the brand’s reward pool.

5. Earning (members)

Earnings are paid in cash via Stripe Connect after a 30-day refund-window hold. If a buyer refunds inside the window, the corresponding earning is reversed. You’re responsible for your own taxes; for US members earning $600+/year, we’ll provide the data needed for IRS Form 1099-NEC.

6. The code system

One code per person. Self-referrals (using your own code on your own purchase) earn nothing. Coordinated abuse — fake accounts, code stuffing, bot purchases — gets the account terminated and earnings forfeited.

7. Perks

If you attach a perk to your code, you must deliver it. We track delivery via post-purchase buyer feedback (Yes / Need help / No). Perks below 90% delivery are auto-paused.

8. Prohibited content + conduct

No illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, hate speech, or anything sexually exploiting minors. Brands and members may not list products that violate intellectual property. We may remove anything at our discretion.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms or engaging in fraud.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
