For each product, the brand sets a reward pool — a single percentage of the sale price (typically 20-40%). That pool then splits into three slices:
- Buyer discount — what comes off the buyer’s checkout total
- Member earn — what the code-owner pockets after the 30-day hold
- Platform fee — what DealyDally takes (5-10%)
Brands can also let each member pick their own split inside a band the brand sets — bigger discount + smaller earn, or smaller discount + bigger earn.
Payment timing
- Buyer pays at checkout via Stripe. Brand gets paid immediately, minus the reward pool.
- Member earnings sit in PENDING for 30 days (refund window).
- After 30 days they flip to WITHDRAWABLE. Member taps "Withdraw" → Stripe Connect transfer to their bank account.
- If buyer refunds within 30 days, that earning is reversed (clawed back).
